Scope and our role

This Policy applies to the Paraturbo website, desktop client, account system, customer support, and other products or services that link to it (together, the “Services”). Third-party websites, proxy services, extensions, and platforms follow their own privacy rules.

Paraturbo generally determines why and how account, billing, website analytics, and product-security information is processed. When you use the Services to process data about your own customers, employees, or other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and meeting your obligations for that data.

Enterprise customers with a data processing agreement (DPA) should read this Policy together with that agreement.

Browser profiles and content you provide

When you create, import, sync, share, or back up a browser profile, related data may include fingerprint configuration, proxy settings, cookies, session state, local storage, cache, extension settings, tab state, and other content you choose to save. The exact scope depends on the features and sync method you enable.

This content is primarily used to restore the browser state you select, isolate profiles, and support authorized team collaboration. We do not read browsing content to serve third-party targeted ads. Do not upload personal information, credentials, or unlawful content that you have no right to process.

If content remains only on your local device, Paraturbo may not be able to access it. When you enable cloud sync, team sharing, backup, or support diagnostics, the relevant data may be transmitted to our systems or service providers.

05

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We may use necessary cookies for language, session, and security settings, and analytics or marketing technologies to understand website performance and traffic sources. Our website may currently process device, page-view, referral, and interaction data through Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica, Top.Mail.Ru, or related services delivered through them.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, language selection, or other core features from working. Where non-essential cookies require consent, we will provide choices as required by applicable law.

  • Necessary technologies maintain sign-in, routing, load balancing, and security;
  • Preference technologies remember language, region, or interface settings;
  • Analytics technologies measure traffic, errors, performance, and usage trends;
  • Marketing technologies measure campaign sources and conversions.
06

Sharing, service providers, and disclosure

We do not sell personal information for money. To operate the Services, we may give service providers the minimum information reasonably needed for their work and use contracts, security reviews, or other safeguards to restrict processing.

  • Cloud infrastructure, data storage, content delivery, and security providers;
  • Payment, subscription, invoicing, accounting, and fraud-prevention providers;
  • Analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and customer-support providers;
  • Workspace members you invite or integrations you authorize;
  • Authorities entitled to receive information for valid legal process, user or public safety, or fraud and abuse investigations;
  • Relevant parties to a merger, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer, subject to suitable confidentiality and protection measures.

Third-party platforms, proxies, and extensions independently control their own processing. Review their privacy policies before use.

07

International transfers and storage locations

Paraturbo and its service providers may process information outside your country or region, where data-protection laws may differ. Where safeguards are required, we use appropriate contractual clauses, transfer assessments, certifications, consent, or other valid mechanisms under applicable law.

Enterprise customers with data-residency, international-transfer, or subprocessor requirements can contact us to discuss available options.

08

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, considering whether your account remains active, the features used, sensitivity, security needs, dispute periods, and financial, tax, or other legal obligations.

After an account closes or information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it as required by applicable law. Some information may remain under restricted access for a necessary period because of backup rotation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal requirements.

Analytics and payment providers may retain information according to their settings and legal duties. Contact us for more specific retention criteria relevant to your request.

09

How we protect information

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including transport protection, access controls, credential safeguards, logging and monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, and confidentiality requirements, to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a unique, strong password, protect authentication details, keep the client updated, and grant workspace and profile access only to trusted members. Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity.

If a personal-data incident requires notice, we will assess and respond to it and notify affected people and authorities through appropriate channels as required by law.

10

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, supplement, copy, export, or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; close your account; and complain to a regulator. You may also opt out of marketing email.

Where applicable law defines certain advertising or analytics as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, you may also request to opt out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.

  • Use available account or workspace settings to manage information;
  • Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email;
  • Send a privacy request to the email shown on this page;
  • Where permitted, authorize an agent to submit a request for you.

To prevent unauthorized access or deletion, we may verify your relationship to the account. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

11

Children's privacy

Paraturbo is a business and professional service and is not directed to children. Anyone below the age at which they can independently consent to data processing in their region should not create an account or provide personal information without permission from a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. Once verified, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps under applicable law.

12

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our products, technology, or legal requirements change. We will publish the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For changes that may materially affect your rights, we will provide an additional in-product, email, or similarly prominent notice.

Please review this page periodically. Unless otherwise permitted or required by law, material updates will not retroactively reduce protections already provided to you.
